Next to Glyfada Beach, situated between Kastraki and Alyko, the construction of the beach house "Villa Bella" with panoramic views finished in May 2006. Garden with a 45 m² oval swimming pool surrounded by an extented terrace finished in April 2009.

This 140 m² villa with in addition 250 m² of terraces/verandas is placed on a 2130 m² plot bordering a shallow lake next to the Glyfada Beach. Distance across the plot from villa to lake is 50 meter and further 80 meter accross the lake to the beach.

The garden has garden furniture, ample natural stone seats and 3 pergolas. An outside shower and barbecue is also available.
