The villa was built by the renowned construction & architect firm "Jiannis Pomonis and Theodore Maravas" and the progress of building the villa can be viewed here.
The first two pictures shows the structure of the villa as it was in May 2005 when we bought it. The next two shows the villa as it developed in July-November. The next five pictures show the work done in beginning of 2006 and the last 3 show status in April 2006. The house was finished in May 2006. The pool and the garden was finished in April 2009.
